Students aspiring for admission in any department of the institution are required to obtain the institution's prospectus and after completing the form contained in it, submit it to the office of the institution and obtain permission to participate in the entrance examination.

ISSUANCE OF EXAMINATION ADMISSION FORM:

Prospectuses can be obtained from the Institution Reception Desk. Prospectus starts to be issued in the institution from January 1. Prospectus can also be ordered by post for which the candidate has to pay the postage fee by herself. The deadline to receive the admission form is from January 1 to March 25. The last date for submission is March 30.

ADMISSION TEST STANDARD:

Jamia Fatima Niswa conducts examinations for admission in the following classes every year in which the participating candidates should be prepared keeping in view the following.

CRITERIA:

FIRST CLASS TO FOURTH CLASS:

General books of Urdu and Madani qaida, Amma juz, and all subjects of CBSE board according to the class in which one should be admitted.

V CLASS (AIDADIYA-):

Urdu writing, reading and dictation, Quran recitation with rules and regulations, all the subjects in the fourth grade of CBSE board in english medium.

VI CLASS (AIDADIYA-2):

All the subjects in the fifth grade in english medium of the C.B.S.E. and of Elementary Books in Persian and Arabic, apart from reading, writings dictation inUrdu.

VII CLASS (OOLA JAMAT):

In addition to the popular books of Aidadiya, all the subjects of CBSE in Grade 6 in english medium.

VIII CLASS (SAANIYA JAMAT):

In addition to Oola's popular books,all the subjects of CBSE in 7th grade in english medium.

IX CLASS (SAALISAH JAMAT):

In addition to Saaniya's popular books,all the subjects of CBSE in eighth grade in english medium.

X CLASS (RAABIA JAMAT):

In addition to the usual arbitrary books,all the subjects of CBSE in ninth grade in english medium.

FAZEELAT (HADITH ERA):

Apart from Rabia's popular books,all subjects of CBSE in Grade 10 in english medium.

QIRA'AT HAFS ( RECITATION ):

Educated from any institution up to Oola with correct pronunciation Quran Nazira, fifth grade standard Urdu writing and literacy, modern education all subjects in sixth grade.

ENTRANCE EXAM PAPER

The entrance exam consists of two parts. The first part is theology and the second part is modern, ie Hindi, English, mathematics, science, geography, etc. The total time for the entrance examination is 2 hours. 1 hour is devoted to theology and 1 hour to modernity. The entrance examination for the Aalima course and modernity will be written.

ADMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

After passing the entrance exam, go through the counselling stage and get the admission form. Fill in the correct box of the form as per the instructions and collect the receipt by depositing it in the office of the institution upto a deadline period otherwise the admission form will not be accepted at all after the last date.

ADMISSION CRITERIA :

Admissions, however, are based on merit. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list (students who get the highest marks in the exam) are admitted first. After that, if the seats remain vacant, the candidates with high marks in the waiting list can be admitted.
